How do I order tracks for Bay Windows?
We now have the ability to form electric curtain tracks into a Bay Window. These are custom made for you, and usually supplied in a single piece. This does mean a slightly longer lead time, but it should still be within 3 weeks. Also a delivery has to be scheduled (the courier networks don’t like such items!!)
Before any orders are placed, you need to take some measurements of your bay window. Don’t worry, we have a form for it here!
From these dimensions you will receive a drawing of your bay from us. This shows how the electric curtain track will sit within the bay. You can check this and let us know if you want any changes to be made. Having this information also allows us to price up your electric curtain track and provide a written estimate.
When you are happy with everything, place your order with a 60% deposit, with the remainder due at the time of delivery.
